Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is hopeful Sunday's Manchester Derby will be a 'classic' encounter.
United will host City on Sunday at Old Trafford starting from 7:30 PM EAT and Solskjaer has warned that Pep Guardiola's men are in fine form after their victory against Real Madrid in the Champions League. This was also followed by their third successive League Cup where they beat Aston Villa in the finals. The Citizens also qualified for the quarter-finals of the FA Cup in midweek.
"They will feel confident. They have hit form, they are playing well. They have just been to the Bernabeu, winning there as well, and won the cup final," he said during a press conference.
"So I am sure they will play their game, we will play our game, and hopefully it will be a good one. Let's hope it will be a 4-3 like we have seen before. There have been many classics. We will do what we can to make it a classic."
The Red Devils will be keen to complete a double over the visitors having beaten them 2-1 in the first round of Premier League fixtures. Solskjaer's men are one of several sides competing for a place in next season's Champions League and they are currently fifth, three points behind Chelsea.
