Dutch-born Ghanaian Myron Boadu is believed to be among the five AZ Alkmaar players manager Arnet Slot reckons will be called up for the Netherlands for the Euro 2020 championship.
AZ are currently enjoying an impressive season and are currently on level points with Ajax who occupy the top of the Eredivisie standings.
Calvin Stengs and Boadu have already made their national team debuts this season and Slot believes they will feature again for Ronald Koeman's squad.
Slot told Studio Voetbal, “They are busy with a very good season and show that they are good in top matches. I can find that, but in the end, Ronald Koeman will have to decide.”
Slot can see five of his players in Oranje, “Marco Bizot is busy with a fantastic season and has been called up several times and as I look at it, Teun Koopmeiners and maybe Owen Wijndal are also in the picture.”
The teenager has scored 20 goals and provided six assists across all competitions this season.
