Leeds United, Crystal Palace, Watford and Manchester City have reportedly expressed their interest in the services of teenager Sam Oguntayo according to several reports.
According to BBC Sport, Palace were monitoring Oguntayo when he featured for semi-professional side Kingstonian in their match against Cheshunt.
Manchester City also sent a scout to assess the youngster, who is believed to have accepted an invitation to train with Palace's U23 team next week, where they will further monitor his performance.
Oguntayo made his league debut for Kingstonian in January 2020 and has been exceptional in the last few weeks and reports say that he is a rising star in the making - pace and being versatile as a left-back as well as playing on the right win.
The teenager's style of play has been compared to that of City's left-back Benjamin Mendy who joined The Citizens in the summer of 2017 from AS Monaco.
