Former Black Meteors player Kingsley Fobi has admitted that he would be interested in playing for his boyhood club Asante Kotoko before he retires, Ghanasoccernet reported.
Fobi explained that he has been an avid fan of Asante Kotoko and that he made his father a promise that he would play for the clubs before his death.
The 21-year-old Watford player currently on loan with Spanish third division side CD Badajoz also added that he would like to make his Premier League debut in the near future.
Fobi is yet to make earn a call up to the senior men's national team but has represented Ghana at the U20 and U23 levels.
He was part of the Black Meteors squad that failed to qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games in Egypt.
