Barcelona is unlikely to bid for Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as they prioritize a move for Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez' this summer.
A report from Daily Stars claims that Barca has been moved aback after Arsenal claimed that they were unsettling the player even the Premier League comes to an end.
The Spanish giants focus now is on 22-year-old Argentine striker Martinez who has been one of the best performers in Serie A this season for Juventus.
The move would likely be some good news for Manchester United who is said to be preparing a bid for the Gabon striker in the summer.
Arsenal feels they can convince the player to ink a new deal and if a deal can't be agreed on, they would likely sell the player in the summer instead of leaving him for free with his contract set to expire in the summer of 2021.
Arsenal paid Borussia Dortmund a club record fee of £56million for the Gabon international in January 2018 and apart for United and Barcelona, French giants Paris Saint Germain is another team believed to be interested in the player.
Aubameyang who has started all league games for Arsenal this season bar two and already has 20 goals across all competition this season this after bagging 31 goals in the previous campaign.
