Class act: Rashford responds to six-year-old Man United fan's 'sad' letter

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford seems to have found a new way to spend his time with the current Coronavirus pandemic that has shut down all major leagues.

The forward has been active on social media in recent weeks, with activities ranging from charity work to interviews on his injury and responding to fans.

One such fan is a six-year-old boy who wrote him a letter detailing how sad he was now that there is no action as a result of the virus.

The boy's letter, which was part of his school project, was shared on Twitter, and Rashford made his day when he responded in the sweetest of ways, answering all his questions.

The young lad inquired on Rashford's recovery from an injury he picked in January, before admitting to missing playing football with his team.

In his response, Rashford thanked him for the letter and answered his queries.

"Hi Alex, thanks for your lovely note. I am staying safe thank you. Working hard, reading lots. I’m a bit sad about not playing football too. I hope you’re keeping up with your schoolwork. Loving your PJs! Be a good boy for your mum and get to bed buddy,"

He, for sure, made young Alex's day.
