Mexican giants Club Tijuana, have announced the acquisition of Ghana’s Clifford Aboagye.
While the midfielder’s future was up in the air after his deal ended with fellow Mexican side Atlas FC, the 25-year-old secretly knew he was on his way to Tijuana.
“Clifford Aboagye becomes the first Ghanaian player to arrive at La Jauría. Welcome!,” read the club’s announced that is translated from Spanish.

The Accra-born player’s previous clubs includes Grenada (Spain), Udinese (Italy) and of course local side Inter Allies.
