The 2019/20 Bundesliga season concluded on Saturday 27th with Fortuna Dusseldorf being relegated from the top flight while Borussia Gladbach secured a top-four spot.
Champions Bayern Munich ended the league in style after beating ten-man Wolfsburg 4-0 to finish the season with 82 points. Elsewhere, Borussia Dortmund were thrashed at home after suffering a 4-0 humiliation in the hands of Hoffenheim.
Champions League spot
This is obvious, with Bayern Munich the champions and finishing at the top of the league it means Hans-Dieter Flick's men have secured a spot in the next season's Champions League. Munich ended the league with ease, beating Wolfsburg 4-0.
Elsewhere, Borussia Dortmund ended their season in a manner all the players and fans should erase in their memory after losing 4-0 at home to Hoffenheim. In the list of qualifying to the Champions League, Dortmund were joined by RB Leipzig who beat Augsburg 2-1.
The fourth spot was filled by Borussia M'gladbach who emerged the winners in their final match, beating Hertha Berlin 2-1.

Relegation playoff
Werder Bremen reached the relegation playoff after hammering FC Koln 6-1 at home.
Relegation
It is all but confirmed, Fortuna Dusseldorf will be playing in the Bundesliga 2 next season after being axed from the top flight. Fortuna will now join Paderborn whose fate was already confirmed before the final fixture of the Bundesliga.
