Hellas Verona sign Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Badu on permanent basis

Serie A side Hellas Verona have reportedly signed Ghanaian defender Emmanuel Badu on a permanent basis according to Ghanasoccernet.

Badu joined Verona on a season-long loan from fellow Serie A side Udinese in the summer of 2019 with an option to make the deal permanent in his deal.

The 29-year-old missed the first half of the 2019/20 season due to an unnamed illness but was able to return for the second where made ten appearances in total.

Badu signed a two-year deal that will see him remain at Hellas Verona until the summer of 2022 respectively.

The Ghanaian registered ten goals and nine assists in 193 appearances during his stint with Udinese.
