Sheffield United might make a move for Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo in January with the club keen to bolster its defence.
Rojo has fallen down the pecking order at United with the club keen to offload him and after failing to find a club in the summer, United will be willing to listen to offers for the Argentine in the next transfer window.
The Sun now reports that the Blades wants to take the player on loan with Rojo keen on a move to increase his chances with the Argentine national team.
The 30-year-old has been prone to injuries during his United career and while United want to offload him permanently, a few clubs are willing to match his wages something said to have been a clog to most of his suitors.
Despite not being able to play for United for a longer time, the player has been included in United’s Champions League and Premier League squad; the player having returned from a disappointing loan back home with Estudiantes in Argentina the last term.
