UEFA Nations League clash between England and Iceland will be allowed to be staged at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday.
The Football Association confirmed the England, Iceland match will go ahead at Wembley following talks with the government.
"We are pleased to confirm that following discussion with the relevant authorities next Wednesday’s UEFA Nations League fixture against Iceland will go ahead at Wembley Stadium," a statement from the FA read.
Earlier in the day, the FA was pleading with the UK government to allow Iceland to enter the country for the final Nations League fixture.
The Three Lions were to forfeit the match with a 3-0 defeat if it wasn't going to be played at Wembley or in Germany, as it had emerged as the only viable alternative.
