Martin Odegaard has hinted he wants to remain in the English Premier League at Arsenal.
The Norwegian international joined the Gunners in January on a loan deal from La Liga giants Real Madrid, before putting his hand up as one of Arsenal’s best attackers with dazzling performances that include two goals in 21 games.
Asked if he already decided whether to remain in North London or return to Madrid, the 22-year-old said his priority is security and growth.
“To be completely honest, I have not thought about it,” Odegaard told VG, as shared by Goal.
“I have an agreement until the summer and I am focusing on that. I want stability and development, those are key words,” he concluded.
The attacking midfielder will next be in action for Arsenal against Liverpool after the current international break.
