Luiz is currently a free agent, having left Arsenal at the end of June when his contract expired. The Brazilian international could end up playing alongside Mario Balotelli and Younes Belhanda at the newly promoted Turkish club.
Demirspor have made a number of high-profile signings this summer, but they are not done and want to add Luiz to their squad.
