Man City and Liverpool eyeing Wolves striker

Wolves are afraid that both Manchester City and Liverpool might move for striker Hee-chan Hwang.

The South Korean arrived at Wolves in the summer on a loan deal from RB Leipzig with the Mirror reporting that the Premier League club wants to turn the deal into a permanent one in January.

Wolves however fear that both Liverpool and Man City might hijack the deal by tabling an improved offer for Leipzig with the striker having had a perfect start to life in the Premier League scoring four goals in eight top-flight outings.

Apart from his goals, the player's all-around displays have also caught the eye at Anfield and the Etihad with both clubs having sent scouts to watch him on several times.

Liverpool are looking for players who can provide cover and competition for Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota, and City boss Pep Guardiola keen to add more firepower up top.

It is for these reasons that Wolves want to turn the deal into a permanent one as fast as possible to avoid any complications in the coming summer.
