West Ham United have been confirmed as the group H toppers following their 2-0 victory over Rapid Wien on Thursday.
The Hammers took the lead just before halftime after busting into life. Lanzini swung the ball in from the left and Yarmolenko rose highest to loop a header over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.
Yarmolenko looked to turn Hofmann and the Ukraine international went down after being clipped by the defender. The referee pointed to the spot and there is a quick VAR check, but it was the correct decision.
Mark Noble stepped up with the goalkeeper guessing the right way but he lifted the ball over him and into the top corner.
The victory sees West Ham advanced to the knock-out stages of the Europa League.
