Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane is open to signing a new contract with the club The Telegraph reports.
The England captain was linked with a move away from the club last summer and was on the verge of joining Manchester City but a deal broke through in the last minutes owing to his club's refusal to lower his transfer fee.
The setback angered Kane as he missed the club's preseason and was relegated to the bench in the first games of the season but the latest reports indicate that he is willing to extend his stay with the North London club as he feels Antonio Conte can help them win trophies.
Kane is yet to hold talks with the club, with two years to run on his current deal and has been focused on securing Champions League qualification.
According to the reports, the striker is waiting for the club's decision on Conte who is said to be keen on the club to und some of his targets failure to which he might away just as he did with Inter Milan.
Kane turns 29 in July and signing a fourth long-term deal since his breakthrough would boost his chances of spending his entire career at Spurs.
