KCCA coach content with point at Bright Stars, relieved with Vipers loss

KCCA FC assistant coach Morley Byekwaso is satisfied with the efforts that his team put despite failing to pick maximum points against Bright Stars on Saturday at Mwererwe.

The City lads ahd won nine of their previous 12 fixtures with the Kawempe side but failed to crack their defence.

“We are a bit happy with the output despite the fact that we did not win,” the coach who is standing in for Mike Mutebi who is suspended told media after the game.

“We appreciate the point we got and looking forward to maintain our lead on top of the table.”

Vipers Loss

The coach was relieved with the fact that their opponents, Vipers SC, lost at home to SC Villa in the other early kickoff.

“Everyone pushed himself to work for the result though they didn’t win. It is a relief that our competitor dropped some points but we have to keep working harder.”
