SC Villa returns to league action three days after defeating Vipers with a home date against the bottom of the log Paidha Black Angels at Namboole.

The fixture presents a chance for the record league winners to win successive games for the first time this 2018/19 season.

On Saturday, February 9 the Jogoos’ coach Douglas Bamweyana was delighted that finally his team’s performances were rewarded with desired results as they trounced Vipers 3-1.

“The performance matched alongside the result,” he said.

But the win will count for nothing if the Jogoos fall to lowly ranked Paidha Black Angels as they target to widen the gap between them and the relegation zone.

Bashir Mutanda will again be the main man for the hosts as he seeks to add to his goal tally with Joseph Semujju, Pius Wangi, Albert Mugisa and new signing Emmanuel Kalyowa also in support.

SC Villa have won just one game at home this season, a 2-0 win over rivals Express but will take the chance against a side that has picked just one point away from home.

A win for the Blues could see them jump to tenth on the log while Paidha Black Angels could leave the league bottom with maximum points if results go their way.
