Ronaldo joined Juventus from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window for a fee reported to be in the region of €100 million. The Portuguese has won four of the last five Champions Leagues, including three in a row, with Real Madrid and was bought by Juventus to deliver the elusive elite European crown.

In an interview with DAZN Spain, Ronaldo ruled out a possible reunion with Zidane at Real Madrid, "A possible return to Madrid with Zidane? I don't miss Spain. Obviously, I left many friends and a great club behind, but here I am receiving the same treatment. I am very happy in Italy and at Juventus."

Ronaldo went on to lift the lid on his Serie A experience so far, "Experience in Serie A? I am happy in Italy, the report so far is very positive. The Italian championship is a very difficult one, I didn't expect so much quality. It's hard for strikers to score goals. La Liga is a more open league, here the priority is to not give up goals. The team? We are having a good season, the performances are very positive. There is still more to do in the league, if we continue like this we will definitely win."
