Super Eagles Defender Returns For Clash Against Real Madrid
Real Madrid may find difficulties penetrating the defense line of CD Leganes following the return of Kenneth Omeruo from injury.
The Super Eagles defender is expected to be on the starting XI for CD Leganes in Monday night’s La Liga derby against mighty Real Madrid.
The Chelsea loanee last played for Leganes in March in a 2-0 home loss to Girona.
Omeruo was then suspended for the win at Getafe due to accumulated bookings, but he has not played his team’s last two games as Leganes have remained unbeaten.
Before then, the 25-year-old had made 21 straight appearances in the league for the Madrid club.
Leganes are 13th on the table with 40 points from 31 matches, while Real are fourth on 60 points.
