Boyd Musonda sends heartwarming message to Zanaco

New CS Sfaxien acquisition Boyd Musonda has sent a heartwarming farewell message to his former club Zanaco.

Musonda said he was grateful to the seven times Super League Champions for the chance they the club gave him.

"My days at sunset have come to an end, I am set for a new challenge in my football career. I am grateful to Zanaco Football Club, a team where hard work is the first priority, it groomed me to maturity and brought out the very best out of me.

Management, coaches, my teammates and our committed fans, thank you for playing a vital role in my football development."

Musonda revealed that it was not an easy decision to make his switch from Zanaco to the Tunisian giants.

"I will always remember the great moments we shared through our journey together. It wasn’t an easy decision to make but I just had to take it.

" Thank you for the endless support from everyone and May God the Almighty richly bless the team. Zanaco is home for me, I will surely miss you."

Musonda signed a three-year deal on Wednesday with Juventus of The Arabs after passing a medical.
