CHAN: Tanzania name squad for Kenya test

Tanzania interim coach Ndayiragije Etienne has named a 25-man squad that will take Kenya’s Harambee Stars in the First Round of the 2020 CHAN Qualifiers.

In the squad, the Burundian has maintained ten names that were with the team in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations with the other players given a chance to showcase what they can do while donning the national team colours.

Then ten are goalkeeper Aishi Manula, Metacha Mnata, David Mwantika, Kelvin Yondani, Erasto Nyoni, Yahya Mudatiri, John Bocco, Feisal Salum, Frank Domayo, and Gadiel Michael.

This will be the first meeting between the sides after their face-off in the continental showpiece that saw Kenya emerge 3-2 winners.

The first leg of the qualifier will be held in Dar Es Salaam on July 28 before a return match in Nairobi on August 4.
