Veteran striker James Chamanga has opened up on why he settled for Red Arrows after returning from China following a 10-year spell in Asia.
Chamanga who made his return to the Zambia Super League after a 12-year absence, Joined the Airmen. The former National Assembly striker says it was an easy decision to join Red Arrows because of the style of play and the fact that he knew the coaches on a personal level.
"When I came to Red Arrows I was familiar with the coaches Chisi , Kalililo and Songwe so it was easy for me to talk to them and then the few sessions I watched so it was easy for me to chose Red Arrows because I knew the coaches and the style of play fits the game I want to play so it made things easy for me," he said.
"We are enjoying and coping with the intensity of training but we slowly getting there," he added.
The former Supersport United striker joined the Airmen at the start of the 2019 transitional league season and scored 3 goals.
