Joseph Aidoo commences training with new club Celta Vigo

​Ghana international defender Joseph Aidoo has officially begun training with new team Celta Vigo after he was spotted at their training grounds on Tuesday, July 30. 

Aidoo who was part of the Black Stars team during the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations was given time to rest after national duty before joining the La Liga team.

Ghanasoccernet reported that he missed the preseason friendly when Celta Vigo beat Ligue 1 side Lille in a 1-0 victory. 

The 23-year-old has been tipped to play a vital role in as the team looks to improve their log position having finished 17th at the end of the 2018/19 season.

Aidoo was brought to the club two weeks ago where he penned a five-year deal for a fee in the range of € 5 million.
