Nigerian midfielder John Obi Mikel was part of Trabzonspor contingent that travelled for Thursday's Europa League third round qualifying game against Sparta Prague.
The team left Turkey for Prague on Wednesday ahead of the fixture on Thursday.
It is left to be seen if Mikel will make his debut for the Turkish club in the game.
Compatriot Anthony Nwakaeme, was also included in the 20-man squad.
Mikel joined Trabzonspor on a two-year contract with an option of a one-year extension.
He was part of the Chelsea squad that won the Europa League in the 2012/2013 season.
The 32-year-old captained Nigeria to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt where the Super Eagles won bronze.
