Absa Premiership side AmaZulu have quickly replaced Cavin Johnson. The club have named former Polokwane City man Jozef Vukusic.
The Slovakian’s appointment comes just two days afterJohnson’s departure. The South African’s exit out of AmaZulu came after a five-game unbeaten start to the 2019/20 term.
Johnson’s fateful results:
- AmaZulu 0-3 Bidvest Wits
- Polokwane City 1-0 AmaZulu
- AmaZulu 0-0 Orlando Pirates
- AmaZulu 1-2 Highlands Park
- Golden Arrows 1-1 AmaZulu.
The club known as Usuthu announced Vukusic via social media this morning. The club further confirmed that the 55-year-old will be on a three-year deal.

Vukusic’s debut comes this weekend. Usuthu will welcome Kaizer Chiefs to Durban on Tuesday 24 September.
