Kenya is through to the semi-final of the CECAFA U20 championship this after staging a comeback to stun Burundi 2-1 in a quarterfinal clash staged in Uganda on Sunday 29 September
Captain Hamimu Hakizmana was to give Burundi a half time lead a minute to the break but Patrick Otieno was to restore parity for the Kenyans in the 62nd minute.
With the game headed for extra time, substitute Benson Oluoch was to score at the death to take his team into semis.
The win maintains Kenya's unbeaten record in the competition after opening their campaign with an emphatic win over Zanzibar. They were held to a 2-2 draw by Tanzania in their second before brushing aside Ethiopia in their last group game.
