BREAKING: Wazito sack Melis Medo after just four games in charge

Kenyan Premier League money bags Wazito have axed head coach Melis Medo after just four games in charge at the club.

Medo was unveiled as the Wazito head coach on Thursday, October 24, replacing Fred Ambani and his technical bench who were fired after a string of poor results.

The American coach oversaw four games in the league winning only one which came against a struggling Sony Sugar side that have since been relegated due to dishing out three walkovers.

According to a source close to the club, Medo was axed yesterday after poor results at the club and bringing division in the dressing room.

Medo had previously coached Mount Kenya United, Sofapaka before landing the Wazito job last month with former Wazito and Gor Mahia coach Frank Ouna linked with a return to the club.
