Harry Maguire reveals reason for Manchester United's improved form

With Manchester United winning back to back league games for the first time this season, Harry Maguire has revealed the reason for their good form.

United have been free-scoring in recent games as they have netted 12 goals in their last five league matches and scored two in the opening 30 minutes in the Manchester Derby.

Maguire captained United in the Manchester Derby as Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial handed the Red Devils a 2-0 lead at half time but Nicolas Otamendi socred at the depth to half the deficit.

In an interview with MUTV, Maguire revealed the reason for United's good form, "At the moment I feel like, over the last month or so, when I look at the forwards I know they're going to score goals.

"At the start of the season, we didn't really score more than one goal in a game but now it's a few games on the spin where we're back to scoring goals. They're a big threat, top players and great talent.

"You need to look after your own results. The top four is in sight, but we'll keep trying to improve."
