Ghana international Afriyie Acquah has reportedly agreed to personal terms with Italian side U.S Lecce according to Ghanasoccernet reports.
Acquah left Torino to join Turkish Supalig outfit Yeni Malatyaspor after spending eight years playing in Italy.
The 28-year-old has quickly become a household name - providing 3 assists in 13 appearances to help lift them to 8th on the league standings after 17 games in the first round.
However, according to the latest reports, the Ghanaian could be on his way back to Italy after the Giallorossi reached an agreement in negotiation talks with the Turkish Superlig outfit.
Lecce are believed to be in desperate need of a replacement for midfielder Andrea Tabanelli who recently left the club to join Serie B side Frosinone.
Acquah has previously played for Empoli, Torino, Sampdoria, Parma and Palermo in Italy.
