Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed that Victor Lindelof missed the 0-2 defeat against Burnley due to illness.
According to reports, The Sweden international was sent home from training on Tuesday morning and did not recover in time for the midweek encounter at Old Trafford.
Speaking just before the game, Solskjaer revealed why Lindelof missed the Burnley clash, "He's been struck down by illness.
"Hopefully, he'll be back at the weekend. It's just that time of the year. (Jones) has been training, he's never missed a session so he'll be ready for us. He'll be okay."
Phil Jones slotted into defense to replace Lindelof while Juan Mata was brought into the side as an attacking option following their formation change.
