Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted at making a number of changes to his team when they travel to face Tranmere in the FA Cup fourth round on Sunday.
Tranmere booked their ticket with a 2-1 win over Watford on Thursday night and will be lying in waiting for the Premier League boys.
Ole Gunnar's men have suffered two consecutive defeats in the league, against Liverpool and Burnely, and will be looking for a chance to bounce back to winning ways.
Victor Lindelof, who missed the loss against the Clarets due to illness is back and is expected to make the starting lineup on Sunday as revealed by the Norwegian.
“Victor will be available again,” Ole told MUTV.
“He's recovered so it's one more to choose from. That's good and I don't think anyone suffered any bad injuries, no, in midweek.”
There was some news for long-term absentee Axel Tuanzebe as well;
“Axel will be back after the mid-season break, training with us,” added the boss. “He's had a difficult spell as well because it's taken so much longer than we thought. We had to make sure he is fine when he gets back.
“It's three more games to go until we get a break. We're still only on the second day after the last game so it's still a bit of a recovery day. We'll prepare for Sunday and we just have to stay together, stick together and use the last bit of energy before we get a little bit of a break.”
Marcos Rojo, Axel Tuanzebe, Scott McTominay, Paul Pogba, and top scorer Marcus Rashford are definitely out of the tie, which Solskjaer will most likely give a number of youth players the chance to shine.
