Back in the summer of 2015, Pedro was set to join Manchester United but the club, under Van Gaal, 'fell asleep' during negotiations, at least according to Pedro’s agent. He then moved to Chelsea.
He was 28 then, and at 32 now with less than six months left on his contract, Pedro has dropped down the pecking order under manager Frank Lampard.
According to Goal.com, Pedro has been offered deals by Inter Miami and Vissel Kobe.
Inter Miami, owned by David Beckham, is currently preparing for its first-ever MLS campaign, with the search continuing for high-profile additions.
Vissel Kobe on the other hand, will attempt to use Pedro’s former Barcelona teammate Andreas Iniesta to lure him to Japan.
Pedro, however, will not leave the club until a replacement is secured.
