Aduana Stars striker Yahaya Mohammed has been awarded the Ghana Premier League Nasco Player of the Month accolade for January.
Mohammed faced stiff competition with the likes of Inter Allies' Victorien Adje Adebayor, Berekum Chelsea's Zacharia Fuseini and Medeama's Prince Opoku Agyemang as well as Justice Blay of Asante Kotoko.
The 31-year-old according to Ghana Guardian has been one of Aduana's outstanding players with his consistent performances on the pitch.
He scored six goals from six matches played and in one of those games, he managed to score a hattrick for his team; as well as winning two Nasco Man of the Match awards.
The monthly accolade includes a Nasco television and a personalised trophy from the award sponsor.
