Confirmed line-ups: Lewandowski, Gnabry start for Munich against Chelsea

Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard will be in charge for the first time in the Champions League knock-out match when they host Bayern Munich in the first leg of the last 16. 

The German machines have made four changes from the team that beat Paderborn 3-2 over the weekend. Lucas Hernandez, Alvaro Odriozola, Corentin Tolisso, and Philippe Coutinho all drop to the bench with Benjamin Pavard, Jerome Boateng, Thomas Muller and Kingsley Coman coming into the side. 

Frank Lampard has made no change to the team that registered a 2-1 win over Tottenham. Only a single change comes on the bench with Pedro replacing Ruben Loftus-Cheek as the latter continues his come back from injury.
