As the sporting world continues to grapple with effects of the deadly Covid-19, Burkina Faso and Togo locked themselves away in a friendly match played at the August 4 Stadium in Ouagadougou on Sunday.
The match that was played behind closed doors ended in a barren draw.
The two countries are preparing for the sixth edition of the African Nations Championships scheduled to take place in Cameroon from April 4 to 25.
CAF on Saturday insisted that the tournament will still go on despite cancelling the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers that were set to be played from March 25 to 30 across the continent.
This match was part of a tri-nation tournament that involved hosts Burkina Faso, Togo and Niger but was cancelled due to the highly contagious coronavirus pandemic.
Togo will now play another friendly on Saturday against Sudan as they continue their CHAN 2020 buildup.
