Daniel Agyei has revealed that he is eager to return to the Ghana national team if he is handed a call-up by head coach Charles Akonnor, Ghanasoccernet reported.
Agyei who is currently playing for Sebete Kenema FC in Egypt has been sidelined by previous coaches and how he hopes the new coach will give him a chance.
"Well, Ghana has many talents when it comes to goalkeeping. Every player gives his 100% in order to become Ghana Black Stars No. 1," he told Footy Dreams Ghana.
"If my performance is to the expectation of the coaches and the technical team and they want me to be part of the team I wouldn’t turn their invitation down."
Agyei has previously played for Medeama SC, Liberty Professionals, Simba SC and Free State Stars.
