Chelsea face a daunting task of making it into the Champions League quarters when they take on German giants Bayern Munich on Saturday in the second leg of the last 16.
Their slim hopes took another hit after three players limped off during their 2-1 loss to Arsenal in the FA Cup final on Saturday night, giving Frank Lampard a major selection headache.
Captain Cesar Azpilicueta and winger Christian Pulisic both limped off with hamstring injuries, while Pedro, who was a second-half introduction, was stretched off with a dislocated shoulder.
The three will definitely miss the trip to German, further compounding Lampard's problems.
Jorginho and Marcos Alonso are both suspended, and will not take part in the match.
Willian, who has been linked with a move away from the club in recent days, is a major doubt as well, having missed the last two matches with fitness concern.
N'Golo Kante similarly is a doubt with a niggling injury, which he picked against Watford on July 4.
The Frenchman though has been seen in training with the Blues squad and was on the bench against Arsenal in the FA Cup.
Billy Gilmour is facing a long lay off with a knee injury, which was operated on early last month.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek is one other midfielder who sat out of the final at Wembley and will be assessed ahead of the clash.
