Manchester United will be without defender Axel Tuanzebe when they take on PSG in the Champions League next week.
Tuanzebe will be out courtesy of a one-match suspension this coming after receiving a yellow card in the club’s last outing against Istanbul Basaksehir; a game he came on as a substitute for Victor Lindelof.
Partnering Harry Maguire in the second half, he received a caution for a foul on Demba Ba with the card being his third in the European campaign so far; the other bookings coming against PSG in France and Basaksehir in Turkey.
It is the latest blow in the United defence that is without Eric Bailly while it is not clear when Lindelof will come back after being withdrawn in the midweek tie.
With Lindelof a doubt for this weekend’s clash against Southampton, Tuanzebe could step in for the Swede as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer aims to have his defender fit for the PSG test.
Other defenders nursing injuries at United are Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw.
