Revealed: Man United's Player of the Month nominees for November

Manchester United have named three players to battle for the Player of the Month award for November.  

The Red Devils recorded mixed results through the month with three wins and two defeats. 

The month started with a home loss against Arsenal, which was quickly followed by a defeat away to Turkish side Basaksehir the following week. 

Ole Gunnar Solskajer's men recovered to beat Everton 3-1, before wins against West Brom, Basaksehir, and rounded off the month with a memorable comeback win against Southampton on Sunday. 

Three players stood out through the month; 

Bruno Fernandes

The midfielder has continued with his perfect for the Red Devils, scoring twice in the Champions League against Basksehir, as well as the winner against West Brom and the opener against the saints. 

Key stat: No midfielder at United has reached 20 goals for the club quicker than Bruno Fernandes (35 appearances).


The Brazilian has been one of the key men in United's midfield with assured performances alongside Nemanja Matic and Fernandes. 

He featured in all but one of United's matches through the month. 

Key stat: No Manchester United player has won more tackles in the Premier League this season than Fred (18).

Harry Maguire

The captain has been the solid foundation on which United's recent victories have been built on. He has shown his prowess in the air and ability to constantly read the game. 

Key stat: No Premier League defender has won as many aerial duels as Harry Maguire so far this season. (41).
