Manchester United target Moises Caicedo has broken the silence over his protracted move to Old Trafford.
The Colombian has been heavily linked with a move to United and even though a deal is yet to materialize, the player has admitted that his dream is to play for the Red Devils.
"My dream is to get to Manchester United, but first I want to reach other teams in Europe to adapt and get to Manchester in a better way,” Caicedo told Futbol Sin Cassette.
The 19-year-old who plays for Independiente del Valle as a midfielder is believed to be a long term successor of Paul Pogba and even though it is not clear which team United will play him with others suggesting that he might be sent to the youth team, his experience might suggest that he is ripe for the first-team duties.
The player has four senior caps for Colombia all of which came during his country’s recent World Cup Qualifiers and has attracted interest from some of the best teams in Europe.
MEN reports that United wanted to snap the player in front of everyone and loan him out to his club before welcoming him next summer.
