Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits the decision to bring in new faces is out of his hand following his side's loss to Burnley on Thursday evening.
Relegation-threatened Burnley ended Liverpool's 68-game unbeaten run at Anfield in the Premier League following a 1-0 victory. Ashley Barnes scored the only goal in the 84th minute from the spot to hand Burnley in their first-ever win at Anfield in 46 years.
"These are not my decisions, if somebody thinks we should do something, I cannot decide if we do something or not in the transfer market, let’s be clear," he said in his press conference.
"But that’s not something I’m thinking about. It’s just with this group, we can play much better."
Liverpool's goalless run stretches to four league games for the first time in 21 years, they are winless in five games and their defense is the title is on the rocks.
