Real Madrid attacking midfielder Martin Odegaan is to be announced as Arsenal's new signing on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old Norwegian star will start his new life in north London as the replacement for the departarted creativity of Mesut Ozil who joined Fenerbahce last week.
According to Sky Sports, Arsenal will announce Odegaan in the next 24 hours.
"Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard has completed his medical at Arsenal. We understand the loan deal for the Norway international will be announced in the next 24 hours," Sky reported.
Additional reports say the loan deal will run until the end of the season, and is worth around £2.5m from that includes a deal fee of £1.8m and a £38,000 a week wages.
Meanwhile, Arsenal will host Southampton at the Emirates on Wednesday night.
