Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane says Sergio Ramos will be available for selection when they take on Chelsea.
Ramos suffered a calf injury while on international duty with Spain and has been on the sidelines since the end of March. The Spaniard has missed the first leg semi-final with Chelsea that ended in a 1-1 draw. Zidane says it will be no risk if he picks the club captain against the Blues.
"I won't tell you now if he will play tomorrow," Zidane told a pre-match press conference.
"He is here with us and that means he is fine."
"That is most important, to have our leader and captain with us. I’m not taking a risk. He is here with us so that means he is ready to play. That’s it."
Before Madrid's LaLiga clash against Osasuna on Saturday, Zidane had claimed Ramos was available for selection but he didn't include him in the squad.
"Sergio Ramos is training with us and that means he’s able to play too," he said on Friday.
"We’ll see what we do when we name the squad, but Sergio is fit and ready to play."
