Sevilla wants Real Madrid captain Ramos back at the club

Laliga side Sevilla wants Sergio Ramos back at the club with reports indicating that they have tabled an offer for the player.

The 35-year-old came through Sevilla's youth system and played for the first team before joining Real in 2005, where he has been ever since and has racked up 22 trophies in that time.

The player is free to leave Madrid at the end of the month after failing to sign a new deal and while he has been linked with a move to Man United, El Primier Palo revealed that Sevilla has offered the center-back a five-year deal with a £6m annual salary to try and bring him back to the club.

Part of the deal would see Ramos, who would be 40 by the time the contract came to an end, offered the chance to stay at Sevilla in a non-playing role when he retires.

Ramos relationship with the Sevilla support could be an issue after they were angered by his decision to leave the club in 2005 after they had hoped and believed that the player was set to stay at the club for the duration of his career.
