English Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be rejecting Manchester City's first mega offer for Harry Kane.
According to the ace transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano, City have tabled £100M plus available players, but Spurs' chairman Daniel Levy is firm on his stance no selling, and despite Kane's expressed wish to leave the Lillywhites in the current window.
