The French Ligue 1 is back, and the action continues this Saturday with PSG, Lyon, Brest, and Troyes playing.
We have prepared a simple slip ahead of two matches, and if it lands, you'd have had a price of 4.39.
Here's Double Kill!
Lyon vs Brest
In addition to the sides’ recent meetings, Lyon’s last six matches in 2020/21 saw both teams score with Les Gones shipping a dozen goals across that spell. Despite narrowly avoiding relegation, Brest were in fact the joint ninth-highest scorers in Ligue 1, bagging 50 goals across their 38 fixtures.
In summary, both teams to score rates the best bet for this weekend’s opener, as Brest could be more than capable of again pushing a Lyon side with defensive questions to answer, and who are likely to be adapting to their new manager’s leadership.
Troyes vs PSG
PSG didn’t get their campaign off to the greatest of starts though with a 1-0 defeat to Lille in Trophee des Champions and it may take their new look side a few weeks to hit top gear.
This is a no-lose situation for Troyes who are likely to relish such a challenge on the opening weekend, at a venue where they won 15 of their 19 games last term en route to the Ligue 2 title.
They netted in all of those matches and could be good for a goal this Saturday, with PSG conceding in five of their last seven games in 2020/21 despite winning six of those (D1), and in four of their last five on the road despite amassing 13 points from those away trips.
