The battle for places at the 2022 FIFA World Cup continues to African nations on Monday, as South Africa host the mighty Ghana in Johannesburg.
Monday's hosts began the qualifiers with a goaless draw against Zimbabwe last Friday in Harare, while Ghana earned a 1-0 win over Ethiopia in West Africa.
The South African coach Hugo Broos has thus made two attacking changes after a disappointing output upfront. Gift Links and Luther Singh have been replaced by Bongokuhle Hlongwane and Ethan Brooks respectively.
On the opposite side, Ghana's coach Charles Kwablah Akonnor has been forced to do without his English-based players to due South African being a red zone Covid-19 area. There will be no Jordan Ayew, Jeffrey Schlupp, Andy Yadom, Baba Rahman and Daniel Amartey.
