Bruno Fernandes shares plan for Man United’s penalty duties

Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has told the public who makes the calls for penalty-takes since Cristiano Ronaldo arrived at the Red Devils.

While Fernandes was the designated taker for United last season, he was not serving the role in the Portugal national side that had Ronaldo as the converter.

Having missed a spot-kick against Aston Villa, debates suddenly emerged on who should own the duty at United.

According to Fernandes, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the one who will decide on the call.

"I was on penalties tonight but we didn't get one," Bruno told CBS Sports.

"The manager will decide before the game who takes it," the Portuguese star concluded.

Meanwhile, Fernandes is not exactly expected to feature as Portugal take on Qatar in an international friendly this week.
