Ronaldo, Lewandowski & Halller on verge of Champions League history

Cristiano Ronaldo, Robert Lewandowski, and Sebastien Haller could all etch their names in Champions League history books this season.

The three have been consistent with their clubs in Europe's premier club competition, and will all feature in the knockout phase.

The three have scored in each of their last five group match fixtures and could match a feat accomplished only once in the competition's history.

Ronaldo is the only player to have scored in all Champions League group matches while featuring for Real Madrid in 2017, and is, together with Haller and Lewandowski, on course to achieve a similar feat.

Haller and Lewandowski have scored an astonishing nine goals each from the opening five matches, with Ronaldo netting six.
